Decent experience overall, but I do have recommendations for improvement. Car arrived with a dirty exterior that should have been more thoughtfully cleaned. Finally, some vehicle scratches, minor rust and imperfections were not included on the website photos or vehicle description. I would expect higher level detail for this significant financial investment. More

I wanted to sell my Lexus SUV (I bought a new 2023 vehicle) and did Carvana's automated online offer. Total waste of time as their offer was so ridiculously low.
