thank you for selling me a broken car CARVANA! your limited warranty is garbage! I just paid you $7K for a down payment on a vehicle that your so called SilverRock limited warranty carrier says th your limited warranty is garbage! I just paid you $7K for a down payment on a vehicle that your so called SilverRock limited warranty carrier says they do not cover the pre-existing broken parts or issues with the car, although the car it's still under warranty!!!!! So you wanted a review? You got a review! Thankyou for robbing me blind in a moment of need! Thank you again for selling me a broken car with a good for nothing limited warranty company carrier that after putting me through the trouble of scheduling an appointment for repairs to my newly purchased 2016 Ford Edge, they denied my repairs within less than an hour of dropping the car off and picking up a rental car, that of course I could not get reimbursed as promised by your super crappy limited warranty company SilverRock because, well if they denied the repairs why oh why would they approve a rental? By far the worst, most disappointing online car purchase experience ever! I absolutely do not recommend CARVANA to anyone I know! Same for their crappy, fraudulent limited warranty carrier SilverRock. Do not let these companies to to you we they did to my family. You are always better off visiting a dealership in PERSON! Totally cool how you can look up vehicles. I did my part and because carvana had missed communication on their side, I end up missing out on my delivery date. I do not like speaking with multiple people and not one of them are on the same page. I did end of getting a vehicle. I believe the vehicle was overpriced because pictures online did not show any flaws (I believe the person selling car to carvana played a part) the vehicle had quite a few flaws that I think should have been mentioned online but at least all the things I point out, carvana had me put in a ticket to have them fixed. Overall you cannot beat how fast you find a vehicle. You are not sitting in a dealership all day. You can search from home, work, park or on your break. I love how I do not have to deal with a salesman. The delivery or pickup of your vehicle is less than 30 minutes. That is totally outstanding 👏. I would definitely and have already refer friends to carvana. PATRICK PATRICK PATRICK!!!!!💙💙 PATRICK MCMULLEN is a total angel and helped get everything back on track with my order. He spent well over an hour on the phone with me. He was very professional, patient, he LISTENED to me, he was considerate, he even called me back after I hung up by accident. He is outstanding!! We were very excited to use Carvana to purchase our used car, but unfortunately we were unhappy with our experience. Everything leading up to our pickup appointment day went great. Every representative I spoke to on the phone was kind and helpful and the online submission of all necessary documents went smoothly. As for our appointment, we arrived on time and then waited 25 minutes for someone to be available to work with us. We chose to drive to Carvana to get the whole vending machine experience as opposed to having the car delivered. When we arrived, the vehicle we were purchasing was pulled into a parking space by the door and that's where it stayed until we left in it. No car vending machine experience for us! I found it strange that we were doing a trade-in and no one even looked at the car we were trading in before we left. Also, we signed all the papers and then when we asked about doing a test drive, we were told that we didn't need to come back because the paperwork was done and then were handed the keys. When we got in to drive home, I turned around to look at the interior for the first time and immediately noticed used bottle caps and trash under the back seat. I guess I assumed the car would have been cleaned prior to us picking up the car. At first I thought maybe that was just a spot that got missed. Unfortunately, I continued to find trash in the door bins including dirty masks, sanitizer bottles, chewed gum hardened and stuck to the bottom, gum wrappers, caramel corn kernels, various other wrappers, and things I scrubbed clean that I'll never know what they were. I wiped the leather seats down with simple cleaning wipes and watched them change colors back to the gray they were supposed to be. I vacuumed crumbs out of every seat crack and cup holders. I spent 2 hours cleaning the car at home to get it to a point I felt comfortable with my young kids exploring around in it touching everything. I really believe that if the same car had been sold to us from a different dealership, it would have at least been cleaned. I wanted to love our first Carvana experience but after having the experience that we did, I'm not so sure we'll be back next time. More
This was the most smooth buying experience I ever had.
