No more stealerships Traditional dealerships will add roughly 4k to 5k on top of their online listing price, but not Carvana. Traditional dalerships will mess with your by offering financing schemes with absurd APRs, but not Carvana. Traditional dealerships have a no return policy, Carvana lets you drive the car and have it inspected within 7 days - problems found during this time will be reviewed and possibly repaired free of charge. If you don't like it, just return it. I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience buying from Carvana and I'll continue to vouch for them. Stop listening to old, bitter, tech-hating fools who don't know how to use apps and haven't actually tried using it. The future is now and you don't have to talk to stealerships ever. again. More

Beware! Easy process until... If it seems to good to be true. Bought recently used Mercedes and after having less than several months the breaks go out in the front!! If you are trying to actually nail down customer service, speak with their coverage provider Silver Rock-it is funny how now NO ONE wants to take responsibility. Additionally what ever happen to someone selling a car that has an obvious defect yet their 5 point safety service never caught. Shocked at how little any help anyone was. Not only am I out $ for a car they sold us now I also have to replace the breaks?! More
