When the ‘get started’ button appears grey, this means the purchase is pending with another buyer and is currently unavailable. An information box should pop-up on the 360-degree tour stating this information. We sincerely apologize if the software or device you were using did not display this information box to provide you more clarity regarding the status of your preferred vehicle. As you mentioned, we are currently experiencing longer than usual hold times and we are diligently working on a solutions to provide our customers with a quicker response time.
