Customer Service was contacted but they have no specific knowledge of the vehicle... they don't even know where the vehicle was being delivered from. Upon collecting the vehicle numerous issues that were not previously disclosed. Such as: Rock chips, significant rock chips, across the front fascia and bumper. Nine rock chips in the windshield. Paint defect on the trunk. TPMS alert at the time of collecting the vehicle. This resolved with driving, however another TPMS yesterday indicating the left front tire is low of air. This was the first time I have tried to purchase a vehicle sight unseen and I will never do it again. More
Wasted an entire day sending them paperwork and photos of the proof they needed to sell my car. They didn't accept the payoff quote, and I spent 2 hours getting them one they accepted. AFTER all of that, I'm told I have to drive the car 200 miles away to drop it off with them. The reason I am selling my car is because I can no longer see well enough to drive. So, I can either break laws and be arrested driving it to them or get 1 of my 0 friends or family members to drive it 200 miles away for me. Wasted time, wasted energy, and had false hope that things were going to work out. Thanks carvana for not giving any other options. I would have sold the car for 500 dollars less if you could just pick it up. How does that not benefit you? -Blind customer More
I am typically not the type of person who goes out of their way to promote a brand or company to others even if I liked the experience, but Carvana was different. Easy process from start to finish, any questions I had were answered with enthusiasm and without judgement, and everyone I dealt with was super nice and very helpful. I truly think THIS is the way to get a car, especially in this day and age. More people should give this a try and you really can't go wrong. I even had a minor issue with car I bought 1 day passed the return policy ending and Carvana covered it. Honestly, couldn't be happier. More

Three weeks after purchasing a car from Carvana, it started smelling like gas and has white smoke coming from the tailpipe on start up. Was still under their repair warranty so took it to their "in net started smelling like gas and has white smoke coming from the tailpipe on start up. Was still under their repair warranty so took it to their "in network" mechanics who told me they could not diagnose it unless the check engine light was on. "Bring it back when it gets worse or the light comes on." I contacted Carvana to say I did not feel safe driving this car, waiting for further issues to happen with it, and they said too bad, nothing they could do about it. Said they were not responsible for what their "in network" mechanics are able to fix or in this case, not fix. Customer service was rude. And I'm stuck with a broken car that supposedly has to get worse before it can be made better. Don't trust Carvana. They don't stand behind the cars they sell. More
