The issue was never fixed, i’m not sure what they did besides make it worse, and the financial advisor I spoke to at the time even mocked me when I was having it brought back to be looked at Both the salesmen and financial advisor I had to go through to get this car don’t even seem to work there now, but i’m still having to struggle because of being scammed by Carver. Wild part too is I used to be an employee there which is why I even trusted them to sell and work on my vehicle, but it almost feels retaliatory with how they handled it If you like being ripped off, and paying them extra to rip you off more, 5 star company. If you’re rational, not even worth the one star. They never reached out after the faulty repairs, and they never asked me to review them likely cause they knew they messed up. Predatory is the best word to describe them. 0/5 stars, avoid them More
