Kyle is a very well informed, youthful sales representative who knows the Toyota product line and took plenty of time demonstrating the vehicle and the test drive, and we appreciated his no-pressure approach to this purchase. And it was the first time I've ever known a sales manager (Miquel) to actually come out from "behind the scenes" (4 times) to one-on-one directly interact with us and work the deal and the math to everyone's satisfaction. Eric in Finance Dept was equally adept and experienced. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to this dealership based on their web site, ample vehicle selection, and original phone/text dialogues. The sales facility was quite busy as a true attribute to their business appeal. We thank everyone there for making this a satisfying experience. We departed extremely gratified with a sweet new ride.
