No communication after sale is done. My salesman was Bryce. I've called Carver Toyota 4 times since buying my vehicle. Only 1 call back, and Bryce promised to call me right back, after h My salesman was Bryce. I've called Carver Toyota 4 times since buying my vehicle. Only 1 call back, and Bryce promised to call me right back, after he called and set up my appointment for the undercoating on my car for the one of the extended warranties I bought (Ziebart). I waited several hours and then called Ziebart myself and they said the dealership never contacted them and Bryce never called me back either. I went to Ziebart and got my car done, only to learn that the finance man at Carver Toyota lied to me about what all was covered on the Ziebart Warranty. He told me they would rust protect, detail it, paint protect and that I could take it back every year and get all this done again for free and that there was a 10 year warranty and that i could take it back every year that I owned the vehicle. Well the undercoating part was half true. They'll check it and reapply as needed every year HOWEVER, he did lie about the warranty. The only reason I bought that $1,099 warranty is because he told me if my vehicle ever rusted, they'd fix it because it'll be under warranty. THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! Ziebart said there is NO warranty for the rust protection because my vehicle is preowned (2018) and has over 36,000 miles. It has to be either new, or preowned with under 36,000 miles in order for it to be warranties. Also, they do not detail it for free and "Make it look brand new every year". That cost extra, at a discounted rate. ALSO, I bought another warranty for almost $5,000. The finance man said it's a great warranty and is bumper to bumper, except normal wear and tear items like brakes, shocks, etc... That was another lie. I called them because less than a month of owning my vehicle, I noticed the sunroof leaks.. It is NOT covered! To say I am very upset would be an understatement. They lie just to sell a car. Also, Bryce wouldn't come down off the price even though I said the tires were bad (cracked on the sides and very little tread and I called the tire shop and got a quote of $800 while standing there).. wouldn't come off the price even though he knew they were bad and the service department told the owner before me that the tires on it were almost unsafe to drive on (yellow tires) and needed replaced. I found this out by the Toyota App Maintanence Log. I do not recommend this business unless you don't care about no communication after the sale, or if you want warranties because you will be lied to. More
