I did not like that the finance department was cocky and rude when they did absolutely nothing but try to question my decisions and finances. I did however appreciate Jalen, and his dedication to custom rude when they did absolutely nothing but try to question my decisions and finances. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a wholesome, thoughtful, and professional sales associate. It seemed that management kept trying to override good customer service with excuses, and just a lack of good business. They under delivered but Jalen did not.
