On 9/14 (2 days after my vehicle was serviced) I received an email from Carver stating "As a reminder, there was an additional service recommended for your RAV4, and its completion is still recommended." I an email from Carver stating "As a reminder, there was an additional service recommended for your RAV4, and its completion is still recommended." If that email is correct, why didn't the service dept. mention this on 9/12 while my vehicle was being serviced? On 9/25 I received another email from Carver stating that my vehicle is due for service. I don't know if these emails are automatically generated by a server, but they are misleading and frustrating.
