Adam was very friendly, helpful, courteous and patient as we tried to make up our minds on which car to buy. Thanks so much. However, the fact that the sticker price was lower than the price quoted was a we tried to make up our minds on which car to buy. Thanks so much. However, the fact that the sticker price was lower than the price quoted was a little surprising and while he tried to explain why, we just have never heard of that being a thing now. But, because we were able to get decent price for trade-in, it worked out in the end. More
