The car was at the dealer longer than I was told even though I had an appointment. Then I was told my car needed further diagnostics to complete the programming of my key. I picked my vehicle up took it though I had an appointment. Then I was told my car needed further diagnostics to complete the programming of my key. I picked my vehicle up took it somewhere else for a 1/3 of the price and the key was made without any other diagnostics. They either didn’t want to do it or they were looking for more money.I would not recommend the service department. More

I would give a 5 star but feel the need to hold back in that was given a free detailing with my oil change/tire rotation. Whomever did the detailing didn’t vacuum the back of the Rav and barely did the bac that was given a free detailing with my oil change/tire rotation.
