I go here to have my maintenance done, and I haven’t ever really had issues with them and they normally get me in and out pretty quickly. Only problem I have come across is every time I call about my car the really had issues with them and they normally get me in and out pretty quickly. Only problem I have come across is every time I call about my car they can’t ever seem to find it, and try asking me about other vehicles I don’t even own and it makes it difficult to make appointments sometimes. There was also a time I went in and had a nail in my tire, and I have a warranty for that. They tried telling me I didn’t have one, and it took them forever to find the information on it, so I ended up being there for over 2 hours before they replaced my tire so I wasn’t too happy about that. Otherwise, a great dealership! My favorite worker is ilana fischer. She is awesome!!!!! More

We purchased a brand new RAV4 with less than 30 miles on it. When we did the test drive, the tire indicator light came on. Our salesman said he would have the service department check it out before leaving, it. When we did the test drive, the tire indicator light came on. Our salesman said he would have the service department check it out before leaving, and the service department, come to later find out, simply recalibrated the PSI in the tires. Approximately 10 miles from the dealership and on a major interstate, the tire indicator light came back on and then about 5 miles later, the tire blew. We waiting 2 hours for someone to come change the tire and the took the car back to the dealership. When the service department later contacted us, they accused us of hitting something on the road—we did not. Both the service department and our salesman blamed us and indicated there was nothing they could do but they would keep looking into. At this time, even though we were told otherwise, the manager had yet to be notified of the situation. After waiting several hours to hear back, we decided we were done with the dealership and would just pick up the car and purchase four new tires (because I didn’t have any confidence in the remaining three tires on the car). When we picked up the car, the manager spoke with us. He was extremely sorry for and disappointed in what had happened and was willing to work with us. The damage, however, had been done. We went to Sam’s Club to have our new tires installed on our brand new vehicle. When the installation was complete, the attendant told us that he discovered why the tire blew—the remaining three tires were all overinflated, having between 45 and 50 PSI, and that had we continued driving on the tires we left the dealership with, there would have been a good chance that additional tires would have blown. This was clear negligence by the dealership and dishonesty by the salesman and the service department. We will NOT be doing any additional work with the dealership or its service department. More

We had been trying to find a new 8-passenger Sienna for four months from another dealership. The other dealership took a deposit from us and gave us minimal communication. Once we talked with Bryce at Carver, the game totally changed. Bryce looked far and wide to find us what we wanted and we now have our new, shiny Sienna a month later. He even stayed a few minutes after his work hours to make sure we were comfortable with our new vehicle before we drove away. Richard was also great during our finance process. He made that grueling deed as comfortable and informative as possible. My husband is a question man, and Richard was very patient and kind. We are so happy we switched to Carver, and Bryce and Richard were terrific to work with! More
