It was a very easy process from test driving to getting the keys. Bryce was super helpful and the gentleman who did the work at the end to get me out the door, holy smokes, it took like 4 minutes. Good service and deals for customer however need to look up on markups which is very disappointing. Also need to strenghthen communication with customer to turnaround on converting quotes to actual deliveri up on markups which is very disappointing. Carver sold me a car with multiple issues and I brought it to the service department 4 times and they did not fix it. They then told me they are done trying and to take it to Ford. It cost me $100 deductib it to the service department 4 times and they did not fix it. They then told me they are done trying and to take it to Ford. It cost me $100 deductible after I purchased the warranty from Carver. They told me there would be zero charge on anything with the warranty they sold me. Ford dealer fixed the issue in a half day. Bought my first car here while still in the navy, got stuck with a 84 month loan at 23.5% interest and come to find out it had been at toyota it’s whole life and came off the assembly line with the wrong stuck with a 84 month loan at 23.5% interest and come to find out it had been at toyota it’s whole life and came off the assembly line with the wrong pistons installed. They never told me about it and when it started showing I took it back and was told I needed to take better care of my vehicle and I was over 50 miles on the warranty recalll. Now I’ve paid it off and 2 days after I receive the title in the mail the car is now a paper weight that needs a brand new engine 6.5k. I think I’ll walk for the rest of my life they are thieves and criminals. More

We just purchased our Toyota RAV4 with Zac. I’m not sure anyone enjoys negotiating price/payments with sales people. We’ve been going to Carver for many years for services, but have never purchased, a car before. Carver is our choice of dealerships and Zac is definitely our choice to work with in the future. More

Everyone was very nice. However, I decided not to complete the work there. I moved it to another mechanic (based on cost), but your service department completely deleted my However, I decided not to complete the work there. I moved it to another mechanic (based on cost), but your service department completely deleted my error codes, so now I cannot get a new diagnostic until it is driven enough for the codes to come up again. It has caused major delays as I need to travel asap. I paid almost $200 to get the diagnosis and deleting the codes, which is just not smart and extremely frustrating, is going to cost me even more. Now, I have to break down again to get it fixed. I'm visiting my family in the middle of nowhere so it is very unsafe to break down here. I'm pretty upset as now I will have to pay house/pet sitters more and I am missing work. More
