I think more could be done to limit the number of visits. If tores are bad a mileage check, then install them don't wait for another appointment. I have had better experiences on previous visits, everything was fine until I presented a 10% off coupon at cashier at which time the service writer needed to leave with the invoice and coupon. The original estimate was $90.00 for an oil change, I questioned the amount for conventional oil and the estimate was reduced to $70.00 before coupon discount. When the service writer returned five minutes later the invoice total was $78.78 with coupon discount, I questioned the amount and the reply was sales tax was added. Needless to say please don’t send any coupons or expect any more business from me. Please note my last oil change was $69.37 without any coupon discount on 12/19/22 More

Took two weeks after my appointment before my car was even touched. Communication by my service advisor was lack luster at best. I had to call her at least twice even though she said she would call me even touched. Communication by my service advisor was lack luster at best. I had to call her at least twice even though she said she would call me at least with an update. I finally spoke to the service manager and my car was done the next day. My advisor gave me a completed price over $500 what she quoted me. More
