This guy is an absolute xxx! This dealership sold my daughter a truck for $27,000 that was completely destroyed internally, which we discovered after Carville's denied any water This dealership sold my daughter a truck for $27,000 that was completely destroyed internally, which we discovered after Carville's denied any water damage and told us my daughter was covered by the warranty, which was a lie as the warranty specifically states it does not cover water damage/rust. We were working with Wyatt, the service manager, who was trying to right the wrong and this guy's comes in and blows up everything. I have never been completely talked over and blown off like this guy did. I have filed complaints with the BBB, Tom Martino, and am now hiring an attorney. If this business screwed you too, feel free to join as we will gladly start a class action lawsuit. We met another young lady there who had a similar issue, noticing engine problems within 24 hours. They have had her car for 5 months, while she is making payments, and still have not fixed it. SHAME ON YOU, CARVILLE'S. More
Do not purchase a vehicle here! I have never been to a more crooked dealership. They shut off all the warning lights then when I get the car home warning lights come on and my auto I have never been to a more crooked dealership. Extremely disappointed in this dealership. They asked so many lenders with my information that it decreased my credit score by 50 points - which is absolutely unacceptable. They did a hard pull of my brother in laws credit as well, when they said they would not. Wasted 4 hours of my time, on 3 different days. At first they offered me $461 for a monthly payment, which I completely walked away from. They told me it'd be less if I had a down payment. So after a few days I went back and offered 2500 as a down payment. They offered $461 AGAIN, while making me wait an hour for this information. The salesman I was working with knew I wouldn't accept an identical offer, because I told him this- so when his manager came & tried to 'persuade' me into what they wanted, it put a REALLY bad taste in my mouth. Lack if respect. Lack of couth. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some problems- GO elsewhere. If you do shop here, DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR FIRST OFFER EVER! - they 100% do better if you stand your ground. I said no twice and had to be extra assertive before then they brought out 4 different payment options that they "could actually offer me". Don't forget - gap insurance in coverage you can obtain from your insurance. They'll try to scare you into it and tell you how much you desperately need it, but check with your insurance agent. If you up your personal insurance coverage, you DON'T NEED the dealerships insurance, which will DROP your monthly payment. They didn't know I used to be an insurance agent, ha. If they woulda treated me properly and offered me those 4 different payment options the FIRST TIME - my credit wouldn't basically be in shambles now and they would have sold a car. They tried to take advantage of me for a sale. They just ain't it. Thanks for nothing. More
