DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. Being new to town last year and being in need of a car I was not given the advice to stear clear until it was to late. I was 100% taken advantage of as a single mom first time buyer, desprate for a car. The car I purchased had issues from the 3rd day I had it. It has been in the shop for the SAME burning oil issue 3 times, the first was withing a month of having the car, causing a single full time working mom to be put of a car for nearly 2 month total in less than a year. I have taken care of this car, always taking it in when I thought their was an issue, every oil change early, etc. I am now being told that I need a new engine (due to an issue that was present well before I purchased the car) and the warranty will not help and carvills has done nothing but jerk me around when I am begging for their help. All they do is try to get me into another loan and place blame on former employees, one of which i have been in contact with. He was the lead mechanic and remembers my car, he wanted to get a new engine for it but the owner said no and sold the car anyway. Now with the car still in the shop I am forced to pay out of pocket for a temporary fix, because i cannot afford a new engine that should have been taken care of by carvills or the warrenty i purchased through them. I'm now left to deal with an unsafe car that will continue to have problems for me and my 3 year old. This past year has been stressful and defeating to me and all they care about is making their next sale. More

Absolutely the worst experience. I would leave a zero star if I could. Called the day before to check availability on a jeep and was told by Gee it was there. Told him I would be driving up in the morning to see it and the distance I was driving (3 hours) The moment I walked in Gee informed me it was sold the night I called. He didn't call to inform me before I drove up. Then immediately passes me off to his assistant to walk the lot and look at other cars. After looking at and testing two. I asked what else they might have. She informed me it was close to lunch and I could walk the yard gave me her cell number "if I had questions" and left me to wander around looking at prices on my phone. Frustrated, I walked back in with four staff standing at the front desk. No greeting, can I help you... nothing. I walked over to Gee's office no Gee, no assistant. I picked up my belongings from the office and walked back by the four staff without a word from any of them. Got in my vehicle drove just down the road and purchased a vehicle from Grand Valley Auto. I've been in the retail business for 23 years and would want to know if I had a guest that ever had an experience like this. I hope this review help improve some sale tactics. More

I would not recommend Carville to my worst enemy. Worst experience I have ever had. They lied to me, they hassled me and said they guaranteed me that as long as I liked the vehicle that no matter wha Worst experience I have ever had. Michael in the service department went above and beyond after the purchase. My 2012 Durango died after I got it to Glenwood and I called first thing in on Monday morning. Michael provided the best customer service I have ever dealt with when dealing with a vehicle purchase. Followed through with everything he said he would and got the vehicle fixed in 2 days. Will come back to this dealership based on this alone! Thank you Michael keep doing what your doing! More
