To finally get financing approved to be told oh sorry we sold the car . So much for my loyalty as a customer not to have gone to the next lot on the next corner when neither salesman nor managers kept their word as businessmen .. Somehow I don't put a lot of faith that they will continue to work on the deal looking for another car for me . If they didn't want my business I wish they had the integrity to have said so .. Buyers beware. ~disappointed More

Awesome Staff and An Awesome Deal! Went to Carvilles simply looking at what was out on the market. I spoke with Trinity initially and she was super helpful. I told her that I wasnt quite sure of what I was looking for and that I wasnt going to buy the same day. Even after telling her that, she was super helpful and let me test drive a few vehicles. Once I found one that I really liked, I was curious if I could qualify for that vehicle in particular. She led me through the process of being able to see if financing could be arranged. Next thing I know, I'm buying my dream vehicle literally $2,000 less than either book value with only $500 down and a payment $30 less than I had budgeted for. A few days later, I received a letter from Trinity thanking me for the business and inviting me to their annual anniversary celebration. I attended with my parents and that day, they purchased one too. We have nothing but great things to say and will always shop with Carvilles! Thanks guys! More

Conniving and shady; do NOT buy from Carville;s DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Carville's. You will regret it. Quite a few items needed to be fixed after we bought our car. The salesman we had, Larry DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Carville's. You will regret it. Quite a few items needed to be fixed after we bought our car. The salesman we had, Larry, did not care about anything except for selling us a vehicle. He apparently has been a salesman at Carville's for quite some time. Maybe the reason why is because you are pushed into purchasing/signing papers as quickly as possible when you agree to buy a vehicle. We were rushed into making the deal and did not get a chance to thoroughly look over the vehicle because it was getting late and the dealership was getting ready to close.. Larry wanted to leave asap and so did the finance associate Adam. The maintenance shop at Carville's CUTS as many corners as they can to repair the items that we did point out to them to fix. After just a few days, a couple new items we noticed were brought to their attention that were legitimately in need of repair before we bought our vehicle; we are being told that they will not cover the repair costs for these items because they were not noted on the repair agreement paper at the time of the sale. In my opinion, Carville's is the MOST shady and conniving dealership on the Western Slope. Even though they have a large inventory, do yourselves a favor and go to any other dealer to get a vehicle. More
