A pleasurable experience throughout the entire process! The old stigma of buying a new car being a hassle is gone! The experience of purchasing our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe was hassle free. Our initial contact The old stigma of buying a new car being a hassle is gone! The experience of purchasing our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe was hassle free. Our initial contact with Nick was very " non pressure". Nick asked us a few questions and offered us some suggestions and let us go from there. Nick answered all of our questions completely and honestly regarding all vehicles that we test drove or viewed. After a test drive of the Santa Fe as well as a dozen other makes, models, we decided the Santa Fe was the best fit for our needs and definately the "best bang" for our money! We had specific want and needs and Nick searched the entire lot to find the Santa Fe that suited us from color to ammeneties. Once we decided on our vehicle, we sat down with Mr Robert Avina to discuss financing options,rates and payment schedule etc. Robert was a straight shooter and worked EXTREMELY hard to get our payment and rates where we were comfortable. Actually astonished at the low interest rate he procured!! Robert was a valuable tool in helping make our process as easy on our pocket as possible. He knows his job and does it extremely well! I feel he went above and beyond to make this a rewarding experience! All in all after owning the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe for 3 weeks, we love it and have no regrets that we made our purchase with the Borman family of dealerships.
