I found myself in need of a new car. I was interested in a HONDA, My local investment advisor was very enthusiastic in recommending Braden Tidwell at Casa Honda in Las Cruces. I have to admit I was nervous and intimidated at the prospect. Oh Ive bought cars many times before but years ago and this time it was complicated by the fact that the 'trade in' (my old Honda) had been in an accident and was in the middle of that processing. Branded handled it all, and guided me thought the process. He even spoke directly to the Insurance company for me. He has made me feel confident in the process. and I have no doubt he will be there to help me if I need more. I can not express the relief I have felt in dealing with someone I felt I could trust and had the full intention of seeing my need were met. Thank you

I have 3 ford vehicles 1ka LINCLON. Ford is My go to vehicle. I have always trusted my deal ship because I have always had a good working relationship Mager Oscar Sanchez. He always under. Stood what I needed to. Get fixed. It's very hard to trust some one that is not some one you each day .He earned my trust.. Now he is no longer there ,that he had be transferred. I believe as a customer The owner or manager made a large mistake in doing so. I'm just a customer with 3 ford vehicle's that has spent thousands of dollars at Case Ford. I'm very sorry he no longer there.

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.
