I feel very fortunate to have met Braden, Bennie and Bruce at Borman Ford/Honda in Las Cruces, NM. I recently found myself in a difficult position when my only vehicle had a serious mechanical issue, and I was without a reliable car to drive. The sales team at Borman Ford/Honda got right to work to help me find a new vehicle. I knew that given the supply issues affecting the entire automotive industry nationwide, that it would be difficult finding a new vehicle with all the features I was looking for. However, I can happily report that within approximately four weeks the sales team at Borman called me to tell me the vehicle I was looking for was delivered and ready for pickup. I got exactly what I was looking for and could not be more pleased with the service I received at Borman. Borman's sales team not only stayed in touch with me prior to my vehicle's arrival but continue to reach out to me to make sure everything is working correctly and to see if I have any questions or concerns. I truly feel like I have not only developed a relationship with Borman Ford, but that I have friends at Borman who can help me when I have vehicle troubles. Best of all, I know the staff at Borman are honest and will do what they say they will do. I will not hesitate to contact Borman again in the future to purchase my next vehicle. More

Since we live quite a distance from Las Cruces, our vehicle was delivered to our home by a Las Cruces towing company arranged by Braden, which also receives 5 stars. We bought 2 vehicles the same night. Brand new Explorer and Lincoln Suv. I brought the Lincoln in for service for faulty air vents, rear windows and a rear wheel well trim that was not a Brand new Explorer and Lincoln Suv. I brought the Lincoln in for service for faulty air vents, rear windows and a rear wheel well trim that was not attached properly after being contacted thru Lincoln. Borman had my vehicle for 3.5 weeks to fix these things. Upon being called to pick up my vehicle the Service manager stated over the phone that someone "bumped" the tire of a truck into the front driver side bumper. When I arrived I clearly saw he lied. What I saw was: -bumper that was removed - bumper was painted not the same color to match - grill isn't attached inside the bumper - fenders are misaligned and have gaps - hood is not aligned with gaps on one side and tight on the other - texture of the bumper looks to be poorly repaired with fiberglass (bondo filler) -undercarriage cover loose and hanging - built in cameras not operable or working - sensors not working for crash avoidance - center console inside taken apart -food all over the floor inside - steering feels off - brakes don't feel the same - sanded and not even clear coated in places where bumper meets fenders - passenger side of bumper was clear coated without being painted and they painted over chips I hadn't had a chance to touch up so you can't do it now and touch up paint on top of the clear coat as a last minute attempt to cover more scratches and damage but wrong pen used There's more. Totaling it was over 6k in damages they lied about, sent me on my way and tried to cover up. I recently went to the owner and respectfully asked that he make this right and financially handle the fraud and lies by compensating a PORTION of the depreciation. That didn't work well. After all, their story changed from "no one wrecked it" to " we're not responsible for lying and trying to hide the damages. In the end this is how the owner responds... I meet with the owner. I was lied to and told that he wasn't there. After demanding to speak to him I finally was led to his office where he was the whole time. The conversation ended with him telling me he doesn't pay for his company's mistakes nor does he pay for his employees mistakes or lies. He didn't think I'd record the meeting. I did. I'm very happy I did. Couldn't believe the words that came out of his mouth. More

The service that is offered when looking for a vehicle is amazing for the simple reason they go above and beyond to make sure you get the vehicle you desire.
