Mr. Pena's bid price for 3 new Super Duty pick-up's were the lowest from Lubbock to El Paso. All pricing was upfront. Mr. Pena also accommidated my business by meeting half way between Jal, NM & El Paso, the lowest from Lubbock to El Paso. All pricing was upfront.
