She sent pictures because the website had not been updated, I drove over an hour to check out the Cadillac. Went over numbers and trade, the following week my mom had her well deserved Escalade Platinum. Some issues arose on the way home and Ellie scheduled me in right away with a loaner to check out the warnings. Some things could have been better since there were immediate issues(l understand buying a used vehicle), but overall a positive experience during the purchase process. More
Avoid Casa de Cadillac if you value your time, money, and sanity. What should have been a premium buying experience turned into a nightmare due to their abysmal customer service and complete lack of accountability. From the moment I drove off the lot, my car had issues that any reputable dealership would prioritize and resolve. Instead, Casa de Cadillac has given me nothing but excuses, unfulfilled promises, and dismissive attitudes. They seem more interested in covering up their mistakes than fixing them. The service department is not only unhelpful but also rude—they lie about repairs being completed and refuse to acknowledge ongoing problems. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. For a dealership representing a luxury brand, their standards are shockingly low. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere—Casa de Cadillac is not worth the headache. More

The worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership! !! I will never bring my car there again!! Hannah was the absolute worst, most rude and disrespectful “service manager”. I have never been talked this way before as a customer at a luxury dealership. Very disrespectful and overall horrible experience. I even gave them the courtesy of calling to share my experience with the manager and GM and neither had the respect to call me back or respond to my email! Do yourself a favor and go to Cadillac of Calabasas instead!! More
I was recieving incorrect readings on my Cadillac XT5 for the tire pressure, it was reading the front tires as the back and vice-versa. I brought the car to Casa to check the sensors. Setting aside the h the tire pressure, it was reading the front tires as the back and vice-versa. I brought the car to Casa to check the sensors. Setting aside the horrible communication with my service agent, I'm still in shock over what they're pulling over there. I already knew they were shady and lacking of any real appreciation for their customers based upon my horrific experience with George R during my purchase (that's a whole other nightmare story) but because I have an extended warranty that I purchased with my vehicle, and they had a loaner for me, it seemed easier to bring it to Casa. Huge mistake. They told me I needed a new battery for $490,23, a throttle service for $136.40 and a fuel injection service for $245.79. Thats $842.72 total. They send you a report with big red letters "Needs Immediate Attention" with a red emergency symbol next to it so it seems like an emergency. I declined service, took it to a trusted automotive service center and guess what? I DID NOT need a new battery, it's perfectly fine. And without visually inspecting my throttle/fuel injection, they did say it was too early for that type of service at 40k miles. Let's say I went ahead and did the 3 recommend service at the other shop. The price, had I done everything Casa recommended would have been $588 for all 3 Plus adding an oil change! That should give you an idea of how Casa not only Jack's up their prices but also is deceiving customers by saying they need urgent work that's completely UNNECESSARY! More
I gave a deposit for an Escalade off an agreed sticker price. After five months, the car arrives but they said I can’t pay for it in cash. Only lease or finance through them. No other options or they will price. After five months, the car arrives but they said I can’t pay for it in cash. Only lease or finance through them. No other options or they will sell my car to someone else. I’m in the middle of this fiasco. I wish they were more upfront and honest. The manager George Virgen was very dishonest More
I can see why people say he's the best sales person, that's because they bought the car from... But try not to make the deal with him, and then see what happen.... This sales person GEORGE RODRIGUEZ that's because they bought the car from... But try not to make the deal with him, and then see what happen.... This sales person GEORGE RODRIGUEZ is the worst sales person I've ever seen. I do sales for a living, and this sales person was doing everything by the book when they had a lot of inventory but not when they are short now. Our lease is about to end and we are looking for a new lease of the same car, Escalade. When we came there he said: "I got nothing for you now, if you want you can put $2000 down and maybe I can get a gmc Yukon which is similar to Escalade but not as expensive." My wife ended up letting him charge her credit card for $2000 and we waited 4 months until he called us and said: "I have your car come get it"... He even sent me a text message saying that "I owe him lunch" (for him finding me a car)... SHAME ON HIM!!! when I came to look at it I told him that I personally don't like it that much and that the escalated we are driving now drives better than the new car that he wants to sell us... plus it does not make any sense for me to get off an escalade and into a GMC and pay much more monthly payment than what I'm paying today, but maybe my wife will like it we'll do it. My wife went and met with him and she said shes ok with it and maybe she doesn't have to have an Escalade since we have to wait that long for an Escalade to come in. She told George that she will come the next morning to exchange our Escalade for the GMC that he had in stock. By the next day she and I decided not to go with a GMC with a payment much higher than the Escalade we are driving today. (It just didn't make sense).... When I called him to let him know about it he flipped 180 degrees on us and he's respond to me was "OMG!! You guys just made me and my manager spend all our time filling up the paperwork for you, it was a waste of time! I told him that it's just does not make any sense to me and I still wanna do business with him and I want to get an Escalade and not a GMC. He hung up the phone on me!!! I was in shock!!! I called my wife to let her know about his response and she said he keeps texting her what to do with the paperwork.... When I told her to tell him to keep the $2000 and we will wait until we can get an Escalade he's respond was: "nope, I will have a check ready for you to pick up next week..." Shame on you Casa de Cadillac & GEORGE RODRIGUEZ!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! More
Horrible Experience Purchasing a CPO Cadillac Escalade ESV. We spent over 62k on a car. This is what has happened first 100 miles (Check Engine Light Comes on). Now another trim on the car is coming off. Dealer had told me that they had some dents repaired. The work done was very low quality. Now I see Clear Coat missing on the paint and just bad paint work done!!! Not happy at all since this is a CPO Car (we spent over 62K) the work should be done high quality. I am very disappointed with this dealership!!! More
