Horrible Purchased a vehicle from Cascade. It was a dangerous vehicle and ended up costing me $3000 the day after purchasing. Tires ended up having bald spot Purchased a vehicle from Cascade. It was a dangerous vehicle and ended up costing me $3000 the day after purchasing. Tires ended up having bald spots and places where they were sliced by a knife or something really sharp. One hour after driving off the lot my buddy and I were looking it over and the struts were leaking and almost out of oil. Also discovered the defroster doesn't work and the fan on the climate control doesn't work. The response I received from Cascade Auto Center was that it wasn't their problem and they weren't going to do anything about it. Horrible experience! I will not reccomend even though my family has been buying from Cascade since the early 1990's myself I have purchased from them 6 times. Buyer beware! More

A Bad Car Day turned into An Amazing New Lease My wife and I were headed home from spending Christmas with our family in East Wenatchee, got as far as the Kittitas exit on 1-90, and our old hand-me My wife and I were headed home from spending Christmas with our family in East Wenatchee, got as far as the Kittitas exit on 1-90, and our old hand-me-down Cadillac decided it was time to go. She (Iris) has not only given us a great time with little trouble, but my mom owned it new since 2007 and it served her well too. (Not for nothin', but the Cadillac ALSO came from Cascade Auto Center). So, at a cross-roads between dumping more money into our 2007, getting pushed into something that we weren't completely stoked about at the Ellensburg dealership, or limping the car home to deal with the trusted team at Cascade, it was a no-brainer. Jordan & Steve Baldock set us up with Leon Comeau and took incredible care of us. No disrespect to the other Subaru salespeople because we didn't work with them, but if you want to buy a Subaru and KNOW you are getting the absolute best of what is offered, seek out Leon. He put our mind's at ease when most people weren't even working. He made it a painless process getting into and leaving in a brand new lease. I started my day completely mad that our hand-me-down wasn't going to last until summer like we had planned, but by the end of it I was glad that series of events transpired to lead us to that experience. Truly, the best car buying experiences I've ever had, a painless and memorable first car buying experience for my wife, and a great story to dine out on when we get compliments on our new car (and there are plenty for it's a good lookin' car.)
