New Ascent purchase I have known Tony over many years and was happy to see him at the Cascade Auto Center Dealership recently while I was waiting for my car to be worked I have known Tony over many years and was happy to see him at the Cascade Auto Center Dealership recently while I was waiting for my car to be worked on. We started chatting about the new Ascent and exchanged contact information. He contacted me when a new Ascent came in, but we weren't fans of the Cinnamon color. He stayed in contact with us as time passed, but never in an overwhelming or pushy manner. He was a joy to work with and is the only sales person in the Subaru department I would work with. Some of the other sales folks in years past were not friendly and flat out offensive. Tony is great and I have already referred a family friend to him already for an Ascent as well! Keep this guy around. He isn't a "bs-er" and is fun to visit with. More

great experience I went to a couple of dealerships in Wenatchee and Spokane as I wasn't sure what car I was going to buy. He was happy to test drive a bunch of cars and didn't pressure me to buy, which I appreciated because I think its ridiculous that anyone would expect me to buy a car on a whim. I want to be able to go home, think about it, and make a well considered decision. Even more impressive, I got to the dealership just as they were closing. He asked me if I thought I was going to buy a car that day and I said that I wasn't. He said that was fine and that he would let financing go home, but that he would stay late to test drive some cars with me, knowing full well I wouldn't be buying. Then, on the day I actually did buy my car, he again stayed late to show me EVERYTHING about the car. He truly went out of his way. More

Simple, I thought, Black 6-speed Manual, Challenger. All the dealerships only had Auto's and were determined to sell me one. And where id I find not one, but TWO? On a Subaru Lot in Wenatchee. Tony O showed me what they had, let me take one on an extensive test drive with NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS.
