Outstanding customer focused organization I gave Casey Chevrolet a 5 star rating based on the high excellent customer service I received when buying a new vechile and continue to experience t I gave Casey Chevrolet a 5 star rating based on the high excellent customer service I received when buying a new vechile and continue to experience through the quality oriented service department. When buying my new vechile I was never pressured into buying. I was given a loaner test vechile to drive and let my whole family overview the vechile away from the dealership. Upon returning vechile I took another 3 weeks to make a decision. I was never harrassed on a daily basis for a decision and once I made the commitment Casey sales representative,Nate, and Sales manager,Craig, made sure I was getting what I really wanted. Even looking through and calling other dealerships to find the vechile I wanted. In the end I found the new vechile I wanted on Casey's lot. Since purchasing vechile I have used Casey's service center 4 times. Every experience has been great. They offer complimentary shuttle service to and from work, if needed, and have a nice waiting room. If you have time to wait. I highly recommend visiting Casey Chevrolet if your in the market for a new or used vechile. More
