Highly disappointed with this dealership! Hard to get a hold of anyone when you really need them! I'm Out of town and needed to find out my expensive extended warranty company name and no one Hard to get a hold of anyone when you really need them! I'm Out of town and needed to find out my expensive extended warranty company name and no one can find anyone to assist me! But when I brought the truck they had no problem selling me the expensive extended warranty! The service department quality has dropped off since I brought the truck which has me changing dealership service department. I will come out my own pocket for engine oil changes and state inspections. Sad to say the truth but I know where my next purchase truck and car won't be! Wife and I have always purchased from Casey Chevy and BMW but don't think that will be happening anymore!!! More
