I love the fact that they do know and understand what what requests and needs. I never wait to long, very pleasant and courteous enviroment. Please do not move or make changes.. of the Excellent team and their customer service. The younger generation do not have that quality. I heard unsettleing news from other customers they are upset that these people are getting replaced. I have been with this dealership since 2010. I will definately take my business and friends to Hutchens instead. If these professional and outstanding Service team are replaced it saddens me to see people that I know and love like family go. I have grown attached to this service team. Even started using the collision center and recieved superior service there also. You will loose several customers because of this change. Service - Appointments are Pointless I am STILL sitting here waiting for my reinspection. I had a 745am appointment and it is now 942. Perry told me 20 minutes. I simply need my license p I am STILL sitting here waiting for my reinspection. I had a 745am appointment and it is now 942. Perry told me 20 minutes. I simply need my license plate light bulbs reinspected. I had to go ask someone what was taking so long and was told my tech from yesterday was busy so they passed it to another tech or person (Bill Nettles). I asked Bill should I go sit back in the waiting area. All he could say was I guess so. What kind of an answer is that? Can I get a timeframe please? Why did I have to go ask for this information? How hard is it to reinspect light bulbs? I am very disappointed and displeased. We have given this dealership another chance after being disappointed previously. This is ridiculous. I have to go get ready for work. Can someone tell me why you all cannot get it together? There were only three people waiting when I got here this morning. More
