I came to Kasey just for my maintenance check and oil change. I happened to see Charles walked pass me and I called out his name. We spoke and he asked me how was everything going with the car he sold me change. I happened to see Charles walked pass me and I called out his name. We spoke and he asked me how was everything going with the car he sold me a few months ago. I told him I was enjoying my car and having no issues. Then he said how would you like to lower your car payments. I didn't think that was possible but Charles came through and now my monthly payments have been reduced over $100.
