The sales person, Badara Sow was excellent. My "GREATS" are for him. Also Shawn was a big help and treated me with much respect. I did have a problem with Roberto not returning my phone calls. I called him several times and really got a run around from the ladies that answered the phone. I don't think it was their fault and I think they gave him the messages. I don't know if he is the manager or what his position is but a common courtesy is to pick up the phone and return the call. When I called the Ladies said he was either in a meeting or not there. I left several messages and he never responded. The car could have been detailed more inside. I didn't realize until a few days after that the seats and console had not been wiped down. More
