When we got to the dealership, we were immediately greeted and told that a sales rep would be with us. Brandon was the person we interacted with, and he was great. Mainly we what took us a long time was the fact that my husband and I had about a thousand and one questions which Brandon answered all of them without hesitation. I even got a call the day after to see how I liked the car, I told them I absolutely love it. I am so happy to have gone to this dealership because the environment was great, our sales rep Brandon was really nice and helpful, and we got ourselves a KIA Soul! I went to purchase a new Sedona. Scott met us in the parking lot, sold us on a used 2010 Sedona with new car warranty. He worked with us explaining the vehicle, gave us a test drive, knew my financial n parking lot, sold us on a used 2010 Sedona with new car warranty. Everyone catered to my needs, treating us like we were very special. My husband, son and grandkids were also part of my purchasing a vehicle and they included them in every detail of the visit. The kids were shown to an area where they could watch TV and Scott even gave Josh, my grandson, the GEICO - Gecko cardholder off his desk. He fulfilled all of his promises to detail and fill up the vehicle prior to my leaving the lot. Roberto - had all my paperwork ready when we went to sign final papers and they had a tremendous deal. I was ready to purchase a used car when it was recommended that I look into a new vehicle, I went online to Casey Kia in Newport News,Va. and Badara Sow contacted me very quickly. As I do not live in the Newport News area and was going down to pick up a used vehicle which I was already approved for, Mr. Sow was very quick to help me determine to stop at Casey Kia. He was with another client since I didn't know what time I would be able to come in and didn't set an appointment. Badara made sure that he informed Scott Stinebaugh of all of my information. Both Badara and Scott we very great to work with. I was short on time and hadn't planned on shopping for a vehicle. Scott made sure I was able to get the Sedona that I wanted and with Roberto Dial and Jeff Palfry they were able to give me the payments I needed in order to put me in my Sedona which I show off to everyone! They worked with my needs until we were both happy with the deal. I love the Kia Optima, absolutely great car. If I had anything negative to say it would be online pricing. I understand how market values work but posting a price online and then asking $1200 to $1800 more when I arrive at the dealership started you off on the wrong foot. Especially when on average those models are selling on average $300 less than MSRP. Other than that I would go back tomorrow and buy another car. More
If you have been out car shopping and have not stopped by Casey Kia on Jefferson Ave., you are truly making a big mistake. I know many of us get so trapped into the "I only buy American cars" or "Kia automob Casey Kia on Jefferson Ave., you are truly making a big mistake. I know many of us get so trapped into the "I only buy American cars" or "Kia automobiles are not as good of quality as others". I am here to tell you how very wrong you are. Also, many of us have had that car buying/shopping experience that left a poisoning taste in your mouth for years and we just don't want to go through that again. At Casey Kia, you won't. The car buying is up to you, no pressure. They operate by knowing that the customer is first and the customer MUST be happy with their final decision. We have purchased our third vehicle from Casey Kia and each experience got even better. Granted, I am a familiar face there, but I see other customers walking around with smiles on their faces and that smile remains even as they walk out the door, with or without a car. You will not be hassled, you will be educated, informed and empowered to make a decision that is important to you. These guys are just as happy to see you walk out without a car that you can't afford or that is just not what you need as they are to see you go out with one of their cars that is a perfect match for you. I listed Ken, Willis and Roberto in this post, but the entire Casey team is a 5-star group of car salesmen that are all about making your experience comfortable and as painless as can be. There is no behind closed doors or behind the glass secret conferencing going on. Roberto actually shows you the "numbers" process and educates you as you go, making you an important part of this big step. Not to mention, he will go above and beyond and use every resource he can think of to put you in the vehicle you choose at a price that works for you. Kia vehicles have came a long way since Kia first started showing up here in the United States. Kia really thinks of everything and designs a car to meet the needs of people. They are well built, perform great and there aren't many companies that can beat, or even match, the warranty of 10 years / 100,000 miles. All of their cars (SUV's and mini-vans) get pretty great gas mileage, which this day and age, is becoming quite important. Next time you are thinking about buying (or even just looking at) a new car (or used), take the time to put Casey Kia on your list of places to stop. You won't be sorry you did, even if you don't end up buying. I would like to be able to recommend one individual salesmen, but they are all high-caliber, educated and genuine. You won't meet a more sincere and by-his-word guy than Roberto Dial. Even the General Manager, Steve Sparkman, is known to make an appearance and ensure you are having the experience of a lifetime and that you are being taken care of. If not, don't be afraid to verbalize your frustrations to him and he will try to make things right. Don't miss out on a chance to turn car buying into as much fun and excitement as it should be!! I came into the Service Department to have a keyless remote that I had purchased elsewhere programed. Ms. Stewart informed me that the cost would be $52 and change, and that it would be 20 minutes befo remote that I had purchased elsewhere programed. Ms. Stewart informed me that the cost would be $52 and change, and that it would be 20 minutes before anyone could do it and that it would take another 40 minutes to accomplish the task. The price seemed high but Ms. Stewart expained that the car had to be hooked up to the computer and the remote had to be programed through the computer. Approximately 35 minutes later, Ms. Stewart brought me my keys and remote. She stated that the old remote did not work and did I want it thrown away. I stated that I did. Ms Stewart then indicated that there would be no charge and for me to have a good day. Thanks to Ms. Stewart my day got much better!!!! More
