Honest, Friendly & Extremely Customer-focused-Thanks Robert I went to 3 different dealerships in my quest for a 2018 Subaru last month. Luckily, I decided to reach out to Casey Subaru. Robert was the first pers I went to 3 different dealerships in my quest for a 2018 Subaru last month. Luckily, I decided to reach out to Casey Subaru. Robert was the first person that I communicated with. He ensured me that he would help me find the Subaru with the features I wanted at a fair price and he kept his word! The people that helped me at Casey were Robert, Justin and Clayton - all three of them were professional, honest and helpful without the typical "high-pressure sales-pitch" approach. The team at Casey is nothing short of wonderful. Although I live in the Southside of the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, it was worth the drive to finally find a dealership that was willing to help me locate the Subaru that I wanted at a fair price. I wish that I would have come to Casey first - it would have saved me time and trouble. Thank you Robert ! More

Excellent Servvice We took our 2014 Forester in for it's 52,500 mile service. Also had a couple of questions. Tish Perkins took good care of us. 30,000 mike maintance First off I got my car washed with a coupon. Let’s just say it looked almost exactly how it went in with but it had finger prints on the hood and door First off I got my car washed with a coupon. Let’s just say it looked almost exactly how it went in with but it had finger prints on the hood and doors that were grease covered!! Then the maintenance wasn’t bad they had it done in about 6 hours and had a really good check sheet with all the stats of the car like tread thickness and break pad thickness. So decent besides the car was now I have to wash it again. More

Good experience overall Trey Leggett assisted us in selling our car and purchasing another. He was extremely professional and took his time showing us multiple cars and wasn’t pushy at all. He didn’t get frustrated with us for ending up wanting to look at used cars instead of new ones, and he was always very polite. I appreciate the time he took with us and even going the extra mile to do some additional detailing of our car himself, and for staying until we finished with the finance department to congratulate us on our purchase. Overall, I would recommend Trey to anyone looking into purchasing a vehicle from this location. As a side note, we didn’t personally work with this particular gentleman named James Burley, but he was very unprofessional in the store in front of the customers. He made the environment an unwelcoming one when you walked in by rolling his eyes like he was irritated when people came through the door. He would criticize his salesmen in front of the customers, and was extremely loud about it which to me was unprofessional and not a good environment. We preferred to wait outside so we didn’t have to listen to him be rude anymore to others working there. More
