I just bought a 2011 Buick Enclave from Castle Buick. I am very happy with the Enclave. I usually dread buying a new vehicle because I don't like dealing with the sales people. I have to say it was actually almost enjoyable. Everyone made you feel very comfortable. Our salesman Tito was a very down to earth kind of guy and helpful when we needed it. He wasn't one of those pushy kind of salesman which makes the whole experience alot easier. They had beat all the other dealers on our trade-in and the price of the new car. As for David, I felt like he was in my corner the whole way and I am no easy guy to deal with. He would press for the things I wanted and did an excellent job of communicating where the dealership could and could not be flexible. David was extremely responsive, always available and did a lot of work to locate the exact car I wanted - he even drove over 40 miles the day before thanksgiving to pick it up!
