Changed my opinion on car dealers We went through a few different dealerships trying to find the best customer service, the best selection, and of course, the best price. We happened We went through a few different dealerships trying to find the best customer service, the best selection, and of course, the best price. We happened to come across Gary Lang on autotrader.com, and thought we’d give them a try as one last effort before we give up on the search for now. We are so glad we did. Aside from the fact that the actual building and grounds were very obviously well kept, most of the staff smiled and or greeted us without making us feel hounded. Ricardo is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He treated you like he was helping a friend find a good car. Nick, in finance, was very honest in a positive way and he did a good job explaining financial aspects that were new to me. We will absolutely be recommending Gary Lang to others in the future and keeping it in mind for ourselves.
