Amateur Hour First and last time shopping at Gary Lang. At every step throughout the purchase, it seemed like amateur hour. After being guaranteed by the sales p First and last time shopping at Gary Lang. At every step throughout the purchase, it seemed like amateur hour. After being guaranteed by the sales person (Zak E) that the vehicle was scratch and dent free, I drove two hours only to find that the vehicle had a large door ding on the passenger side and a deep paint chip on the driver side. Zak was also supposed to send me finance rates, which he never did. Zak also never sent pictures or videos like he said he would. Next up was a stop to some client relations manager (George) who kept calling me "buddy" and telling inappropriate stories about a time he visited Madison, WI. Cool. The staff need training on how to professionally interact with guests as well as what it means to follow up with customers on things they say. More
