We had gone to another dealer and they wouldn’t even try to help us. My husband had identity theft last year so it dropped his credit score so they didn’t even try. Eric Loredo didn’t turn us away. Tried to buy two cars from here. They never can get a loan. I go over the border to the Kia dealership and never have a problem. Recently they told me a 3 rd car loan is impossible. Never even call back loan. I go over the border to the Kia dealership and never have a problem. Recently they told me a 3 rd car loan is impossible. Never even call back about the loan the are putting through. I should just keep going to Kenosha but this place is 5 minutes up the road. Finance department here sucks. If I can go elsewhere and get a loan than they have issues and maybe need a new finance department!!! More

I inquired about a new Kia Seltos SX that I saw online, priced at just over $26,000 (MSRP was over $30,000) I was contacted by Jesi and was told that the SX was not available but they had a EX that was com priced at just over $26,000 (MSRP was over $30,000) I was contacted by Jesi and was told that the SX was not available but they had a EX that was coming 8/19. I was told MSRP was over $27,000 and they should be able to get me a deal like the SX, (she definitely mentioned she can’t promise that though) She mentioned that It wasn’t in inventory yet but that if I made a deposit they would hold it for me. They wouldn’t take a payment over the phone and I lived 3 hours away. One thing she wouldn’t do was tell me the price of the car. I was supposed to leave around a certain time to make our appointment and still wasn’t given the price of the car and was told all morning it wojmd be a few more minutes. Four hours later I was told that they wouldn’t come down from MSRP and the car with less features would cost more. I declined. She said she’d look into other options for me and of course, I never heard from her again. Today they have that exact same EX Seltos listed for $23,929 (they sent me the window sticker to see the options). What horrible business practices. I should have known better when half their review responses are they don’t have record of that person being there. If it’s a situation like this, there never stepped foot into the dealership. The dealership and Jesi were awful to deal with. Steer clear of this dealership. More
