Working with Kirk was an absolute pleasure, there was no pressure and he was able to help meet out wants and needs. We came in looking at three cars and left with the exact car that was correct for our fam pressure and he was able to help meet out wants and needs. UPDATE: With hindsight being 2020 I 100% should have taken my trade in for a second opinion. I came to the dealership with a KBB carmax/truecar trade in value that I thought was a little high at $7,800. It was cut to 4,000 by the dealership, they claimed they would try to sell the car for $7,500-$8,000 and it would need about 2k in work. Welp, just saw it on their site for 10,390... Talk about a slap in the face, ouch. More

You will be taken advantage of, went with my son to purchase his first car in April did not receive pa 10 RED FLAGS Lengthy post but worth the read! You will be taken advantage of, went with my son to purchase his first car in April did not receive paperwork till June. The interest rate was not what we agreed upon and they refuse to call me back after several phone calls! Problem still not resolved! RED FLAG 1 - I had to haggle with Jeff to accept Cars.com price, Gary Lang was higher! Of course didn't know till after test drove! There was no sticker on car. RED FLAG 2 - Was listed as a new car no owner with 2000 miles. They said no sorry it is a used car. We fully expected to get new car interest rate when we arrived, because it was listed as a NEW car. Even scribbled out NEW on our paperwork and hand wrote USED! RED FLAG 3- I went with my 23 year old son to help buy his first car to make sure I asked all the correct questions and hoped he would not get screwed. I feel like we DID ask all the correct questions until the paperwork . BUT AGAIN SHOULD OF WALKED OUT WITH RED FLAG #1 AND #2! RED FLAG #4 They will not give you crap for your trade in! They only offered us $500! We sold it for $2000! RED FLAG #5 Time for financing. I asked if they needed me to co-sign to get a better rate for my son. He said let me try with just his name. He came back and said great news we got it for 1.99%. We don't need you to co-sign. Remember it was listed as a new vehicle and we thought we were getting 0%. Against my better judgement we continued on with the sale. So many hours already invested. RED FLAG #6 We explained we were going to put $7000 down. . My son would put some down and me as well. It is now 4 hours later, at 9:30pm. We live 1 1/2 hours away and I had to be up early. I gave me son my credit card and asked Jeff if it was ok if I left it with him, he said yes! I drove home the car they decided to not give us any money for. I felt comfortable with everything we talked about and he would just sign and drive home. All good right?? Should of remembered the RED FLAGS! RED FLAG #7 Talking to my son the next day, he said that my credit card would not go through for the entire amount, it only accepted $1500 (we did not bring cash and always use our cc, was going to transfer the money later). Umm I call BS! RED FLAG #8 He was able to take the car home and mail the check, but did not come home with any paperwork!!!! I assumed everything was as we discussed! RED FLAG #9 I called my credit card company and they absolutely did not try to run the entire amount we agreed on. Which I understand they get charged a fee, but be honest about it! Either ask us to pay the fee, suck up the cost or tell us up front when I asked if I could leave my cc with my son when I left! RED FLAG #10 We finally received paperwork and auto loan bill and it was 2.99%!!!!!! (again listed as a new car 0%) and I specifically asked if I should use my credit for a lower rate. He congratulated my son and said he got the best rate of 1,99%. I have called and tried to get this cleared up! No one cares, and they stopped returning my phone calls! It was a horrible experience! I would not recommend going here or at least not dealing with Jeff (Sales)or Ivan (Finance) in the Subaru dept. More
