Suzanne, we are sorry you feel this way as the notes in our system mention over 17 communications to you regarding the purchase of a vehicle. In regards to the vehicle you were looking at, there was another customer who was interested in the pre-owned certified car. They arrived prior to you coming in, test drove it and wanted to buy it immediately. The sales person working with that customer did not know of your interest as you had declined putting down a deposit to hold the vehicle. In the notes it does mention you were looking at several brands in addition to ours. To make up for your vehicle being sold, we did offer you the same vehicle (brand new, not certified pre-owned) for the exact same price but that was of no interest. This in no way had anything to do with your gender. We simply couldn't hold a car without a deposit and made every effort to meet your expectations despite that hurdle.

I had never declined putting a deposit down. From my very first email and another flowing, I asked how do I go about putting a hold on the car? Salesman mever responded but acted as if things were being taken care of and continued to contact only my husband, not myself via calls or emails only after we kept reaching out. I had sent initial emails and so if a reply had been made, it would have sent just to me. Rather, emails and calls were made to my husband which shows me he was picked out over me and I was left in the dark. Also, I noticed, you have no response for your lack of making amends to the situation and lack of calls or feedback following our both our calls of concern. Bad business is all I can say at this point.
