We have reviewed your transaction and we would like to address a few items. Although we do our best to accommodate all of our guests, sometimes purchases take longer to complete. Children can become antsy but we do the best we can to assist customers in a timely fashion. Unfortunately die to COVID, we had to remove play items in the waiting area. Regarding your vehicle's condition. Your truck went through a strict ASC safety inspection and passed. We simply would not sell a vehicle in poor condition. We were in fact willing to add the license plate bracket at the time you were going to drop off your title, however it took some time (over two weeks) for you to generate that title on your previous car. Returning your vehicle would not have been an option as it was funded and titled, having already owned it for over two months. Finally, since the beginning of the COVID pandemic, we have followed every guideline set forth by the health department and Governor as the safety and wellfare of our guests and employees is of utmost importance. When you purchased your vehicle on April 23rd, masks were not required. In addition, we do not force our guests to stand in the corner of any of our showrooms. You are free to sit in one of three customer waiting areas, enjoy coffee or roam in our showrooms." Thank you for yet again proving my point by refusing to yet again correct the situation. Instead you just lie about offering me anything.( who was it by the way that offered me that plate braket) and again you are completely ignoring that fact that you failed to provide the remote start key fob. That the truck was advertised with. Your company did not do a single thing your saying it did. You people make me sick to my stomach.
