Poor communication and never any service specials tried to go there to get my diesel truck serviced and it was awful I went to Al Piemonte and the service was outstanding. This dealership is very unethical. Was told what the vehicle price was and reassured that this was the exact price of the vehicle. They do not value customers time. i took my vehicle for an oil change and i also mentioned there was a shake when i stopped at the lights with my foot on the brake. Oil change t i took my vehicle for an oil change and i also mentioned there was a shake when i stopped at the lights with my foot on the brake. Oil change took 2 1/2 hours found nothing wrong because they never checked my car for the shake. Will never visit that service department again. More
