Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Naperville responded

Dear Mark Witort: I am writing you in response to your concerns mentioned in your Dealer Rater review dated 6.29.13. After investigating, I found another dealer diagnosed your vehicle in need of a “Wireless Ignition Node” (WIN) Module to program the keys in your possession. After an attempt to program your keys without replacing the module (why have the unnecessary cost of a “WIN”), we found we couldn’t. We believed and still believe all you may have needed was new keys (since the others seemed used…one actually had a VW emblem on the backside instead of the customary “Mopar” symbol). You did not want to take the chance on trying just new keys, but rather just go with replacing the WIN Module and one new key. It was your request to have both replaced as “not to make another trip”. It took only two days to receive your parts from Mopar Parts Division…not really unusual. We did what you requested and performed the repairs as expeditiously as possible.
