Brought my vehicle in for a recall that makes my vehicle hazardous while driving, Castle rock Chevy dealership tried to charge me for the recall, saying that it was my fault. I took it to a different dealer hazardous while driving, Castle rock Chevy dealership tried to charge me for the recall, saying that it was my fault. I took it to a different dealership. They fixed the recall and gave me a rental car for the time I had to wait for my part to come in.. spoke with the manager, Chris he did not seem to care at all. He told me he was going to use it as a learning opportunity. At the end of the day, the dealership will charge you for anything or anything, even if your vehicle has a recall, and stated in the recall that is hazardous to drive. I would never go here again and I would never recommend going here unless you want to be charged for something that you shouldn’t be charged for. Please do not go here for anything More

Brought my Suburban in for an estimate and did not realized I had to leave it all day. That was unexpected. The courtesy ride was a super long wait, so a lot of my time was wasted. The estimate was a joke - your tech claimed I needed a lot of costly work that turned out to not be true. I went to a different mechanic who got the real needed repairs done for a lot less. When I returned the next day to pick up my Suburban, it was not ready so I had to wait even longer. So the overall experience was poor - took way longer, waste of time and an estimate I don't trust. More
