Since buyin Help! I purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee from Castle Rock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in July 2023, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Since buying it, I’ve had multiple serious issues, many of which should not have been a problem so soon after purchase. I’ve had to pay a lot out of pocket, and the dealership has been completely unhelpful. I trusted them to sell me a reliable vehicle, but it’s clear they either didn’t properly inspect it before selling it or just don’t care about their customers once they make a sale. I’ve reached out to them about these problems, but they refuse to help me, and only offer excuses. To make matters worse, Gerimie in the service department was extremely rude to me a few times. Overall bad experience! If you’re considering buying a car from here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This dealership does not stand by the vehicles they sell, and their customer service is nonexistent once they have your money. Save yourself the headache and go to a dealership that actually values its customers. More

Bought a brand new Ram 3500. Had several vehicle issues so had to take it in for service. The service dept at Castle Rock Dodge Ram Jeep was not a good experience. Service Dept was so unprofessional and the service advisors we straight up lazy. Being a Ram owner for years and always being treated great. This is not the case with Castle Rock Chrysler Jeep Ram. Stay away and go somewhere they value the Customer. I tired to complain to Todd and he sent me to his boss Wes's Voicemail guess what his Voice Mail was full. Says a lot right there. My Customer service advisor was Jeremy. Worst Customer Service experience possible. More
