Overall a great dealership but the sales team failed to take ownership. Purchased a new Jeep but was delivered with a warning light. Salesman indicated the alert would go away due to low battery; it did no take ownership. Purchased a new Jeep but was delivered with a warning light. After the final attempt, worked with Sierra with the service team, resolved the issue by enabling crash collision detection. Something the salesman should have been aware. Eric C was helpful and could have steered me in the direction of a truck I didn't need. As a matter of fact, I probably wouldn't have bought one if he did, since this was a WANT and not a NEED. By the time everything was said and done, I felt like I made the right choice based on my budget and desired features and worked with me every step of the way. Taking it a step further, I bought running boards after the purchase. The parts department went out of their way to make the price of them work, and the service department put them on at a fair and decent price. Again, this review, for a dealership, isn't given lightly. Truly one of the best I've ever been to. Now I need to convice my wife she needs a Jeep 4xE, because I know where I'm taking her to get it.
