worst service department I have ever been to, took my truck in for recall work on my transmission, solenoid needed replaced which meant removing the pan, the filters, the valve body then replacing the so truck in for recall work on my transmission, solenoid needed replaced which meant removing the pan, the filters, the valve body then replacing the solenoid, I get a text recommending replacing the filters for $280, I called the parts department and the filters are $127 for the 2 of them, I asked Tyler why $280 when the filters are $127, he said for labor. the filters have to be installed weather they are new or if they install my old ones, crooks!! then I get my truck back and it's leaking transmission fluid so they pick it up Thursday afternoon, Friday afternoon I get a text saying it is fixed, "no leaks" but they can't drop it off because of the snow, so I get a ride Saturday to go pick it up, get there and their is a huge puddle of transmission fluid under my truck, in the snow, so now I have to wait till Monday 6 days now, get a call from Ethan "it is fixed" had to replace the speed sensors because they were leaking, those weren't leaking before and shouldn't have been touched to do the solenoid work, get my truck back Monday afternoon, paperwork say's Jaired the "tech" replaced the sensors, checked for leaks and topped off the fluid, I check the fluid level and it is low, look at the truck after a couple hours and it is leaking, 3 tries and the "certified Tech" Jaired can't fix a leak from the pan, Ethan asked if they could pick up my truck to fix it, I told him no way they are working on my truck, I asked for the fluid and a tube of rtv and I would fix it my self, still haven't heard back and I called the manager Todd on Friday and he never called either. avoid this service department.
