No response for a quote for a 2019 Ram 3500 I called Medved Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 4/8/19 and spoke with a male salesman who did not identify himself. I then proceeded to inquire about a new I called Medved Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 4/8/19 and spoke with a male salesman who did not identify himself. I then proceeded to inquire about a new 2019 Ram 3500 build. I gave the salesman my contact information and email address to have the quote sent to. I also gave the salesman all of the options over 24,000 of them that I wanted on the build. I still have not been contacted or received an email on the build that I requested. More

Terrible Service Experience This past fall I purchased a new 2018 RAM from Medved and was pleased with the experience. However that experience has now changed 180 degrees after This past fall I purchased a new 2018 RAM from Medved and was pleased with the experience. However that experience has now changed 180 degrees after attempting to schedule service for a factory recall. This past week I contacted my salesperson to schedule service, I was transferred to the service department where I got a voice mail. After leaving my contact information and requested service date, I did not hear from anyone, after two days I decided to use the online process for scheduling service. During this process, I was contacted by an "online chat" representative who took my information and advised she would have to confirm with the service advisor, who would call me to confirm service. After five days, I have yet to hear from anyone at Medved. It appears this company is please to present an excellent service face during the initial sales process but after that their service goes soulh. Be weary of dealing with this company. More

Terrible experience with sales manager Ryan Tanner. Had a deal over email, made an appt to come in and sign paperwork, asked him to save the car and offered to put down deposit, then we show up after driving an hour and due to internal dealer issues the car is gone, then it’s magically available but at more money. Wasted a ton of time and treated terribly. Be careful with these guys and try other dealers first. Watch for bait and switch. More
