Bought a Ram Truck/Oil Changes/Minor Warranty Work I bought a Ram 1500 Limited from Medved in Castle Rock in Feb 2016. Ray was a really nice guy to work with and made feel comfortable about the deal a I bought a Ram 1500 Limited from Medved in Castle Rock in Feb 2016. Ray was a really nice guy to work with and made feel comfortable about the deal and my trade. Since then, I have been back for oil changes, sometimes leaving it with them, sometimes waiting. While they do not offer a 'quick lube' option (it is best to make an appointment), I have always found it convenient, and never takes too long. There's a nice waiting area off the showroom that is clean and comfortable. And the wifi works great. Everyone that I meet that works there is polite, always helpful, and never pushy. If you are on the fence about doing business with them, I would encourage you to try Medved. I will return. More
