Luckily we bought the complete warranty on the Jeep, because about a year after the purchase the transmission started acting up. Each time the message came up to have service, we would drop off the jeep and the techs would clear codes, change a part here or there, then send us on our way. We were informed that we should contact Mopar to request a new transmission. Finally about the 7th time of bringing in the jeep, Ryan called to say our wishes had been granted. We were lent a car while our transmission was being replaced as well. Thank you Thank you!! More
