When buying my 2016 Ram the process was super simple. Had the truck for a week and the alternator went out. Took it back to the dealership to get it looked at. They kept my truck for a week and still had Had the truck for a week and the alternator went out. Took it back to the dealership to get it looked at. They kept my truck for a week and still had me pay $250. And never changed the alternator. Told them to give me my truck back and I will go somewhere else to get it done. Ended up changing the alternator on my own. Got a call from the service center 2 months later saying they finally got my alternator in. I told them to kick rocks. I am paying for gap and the warranty. Tried to have them take it off because I can’t trust them. And refused to do so. Dealership I trust but don’t trust the service center. More
