Decided on the truck and came back to pick it up the next day only to have the sales mgr (Kamran) take me out to show me they discovered a ding in the drivers door. I said that was unexceptable. He said he would find me another one exactly like it. Well, he found one exactly the same but with a few more options on it. He sold it to me for the same price as the original quote. Then for my inconvenience he gave me an extra $1,000 for my trade in. Michael and Kamran were awesome to work with. They really made the whole "car buying" experience a pleasant one. Highly recommend Medved and the entire team. Two thumbs up! :-) More

Michael was kind enough to add a few gallons of gas to the car. It was on empty. However, my experience with other dealers has been that you leave with a full tank of gas. The dealer would have sent us off with an empty tank, if not for Michael! Even so, we had to get gas on the way home. Also their advertised price does not include the dealer fees. I think it is better when the advertised price is the out-the-door price, and the only additional costs are taxes and license fees. The transaction took a long time, due to the finance person being very busy. I assume that they were understaffed that day due to it being the first business day of the year. Michael indicated that it normally doesn't take long. I appreciated him sticking with us for all those hours of waiting. More

When it came time to get my new vehicle I went back to work with Ray. The process was identical to that of my husbands. Ray's professional yet fun and lighthearted demeanor added to the experience. When we wanted time to talk or look on our own Ray didn't hover. We will soon be in the market for a used vehicle for our son. Ray is keeping an eye out for a good first car. We are more than pleased with our experience and will recommend Ray to others. The finance team also worked to make sure we got the best deal. We haggled of course, but ended up with a good deal on both vehicles and the payments we hoped for (we did our homework prior to final negotiations). More

very unprofessional Jose Medina We took our 2016 Challenger Hellcat and looking maybe to trade in for a car for our daughter. Salesman asked for our keys so they could look at it. Our salesman was Tony and he ended up taking to next parking lot(used car) to have Jose Medina look at it. If we ever would have thought that Jose Medina and this company were so unprofessional we would have put the car in Valet mode....big mistake on our part! We continued to look at different vehicles in parking lot and all the sudden we heard this peeling out and high pitched revving and my husband ran over to Wilcox and sure enough it was OUR hellcat. This person, Jose Medina is the used car manager and he was out for a joy ride in our car. We treat this car like our baby and dont push rpms like Jose Medina did! Also, we never had a quarter mile time in our computer history until Jose Medina from Medved joy rided ours! Beyond mad and the owner Bill Mafeo contacted us...not much was done. I called corporate and again not much was done. Be careful shopping there if trading in a car as Jose Medina being a person of trust, will abuse your vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!!! More
