When we showed up at the dealership, we found out the online price was not exactly correct. The price was if you qualified for all the rebates! The add did not say that. Our salesperson, Lazarus was great. We felt no pressure and he was more than happy to show us several vehicles. He was easy to speak to and answered all of our questions. If there was something he did not know, he would ask his manager, instead of making something up. This was extremely important to me and he did an excellent job. The manager we worked with was Randy. He also did a great job and was patient with us. He was knowledgeable and experienced, which helped us get a fantastic deal on two new vehicles. Overall, great experience. The only thing that kept this rating from all stars was the misleading prices online. Typically, this would have caused me to go somewhere else; but the service Lazarus gave us kept me there! More

My boyfriend installed fog lights for me and had them tinted pink to match my custom pink stripes and interior. Because they were aftermarket parts, they needed to programmed by a dealership. After calling numerous dealerships to have the lights programmed, Medved offered the absolute best deal. Both my boyfriend and I spoke to Ryan Shaw, a service advisor, who was absolutely amazing. It turned out to be a much lengthier, labor intensive job. Ryan was determined to find the solution to get my fog lights working. I felt he went above and beyond and was very patient with me while he found the solution. I would definitely go back to Medved even though it's about a 40 minute drive from my house! They will be the place I go for all my Cahllenger needs. I was impressed with my whole experience there and would recommend this dealership to anyone! More
