Caused problem and could not fix it Dealer installed new tires after which experienced clunking noise. Service diagnosed as an issue with struts. Installed new struts but problem persist Dealer installed new tires after which experienced clunking noise. Service diagnosed as an issue with struts. Installed new struts but problem persisted. Rediagnosed as an issue with shocks. Shocks replaced but problem persisted. Rediagnosed again. This time a wheel bushing problem. Replace wheel bushings. Problem remains but just couldn't deal with them anymore. But I had to pay for all mis-diagnosis and fixes in addition to the tires. I am convinced they caused the problem with the installation of tires. They would not admit that. I am convinced they do not know what they are doing in the service department. Do not use them for service. More
